To learn, analyze and resolve any issues related to the Code of Conduct, Symbiosis maintains a Communication Channel that can be reached by the internal and external public. By being impartial and transparent, the Communication Channel guarantees information confidentiality, preserving the identity of the people involved and promoting a better environment for all.
Through this channel, it is possible to clarify interpretation questions and send complaints of noncompliance with the Code of Conduct, such as corruption, bribery, fraud, environmental attack, false information, improper accounting records, misuse of company assets, discrimination of race, religion, sex, physical or social condition, behavioral and anti-ethical procedures.
The Channel is solely for reports and clarifications related to the Code of Conduct and should be used with responsibility and honesty. This channel will not conduct communications and messages outside this objective, such as sending CVs, supplier registration and other unrelated questions.
All complaints received by Symbiosis will be treated confidentially. Retaliation will not be accepted against any person who files a complaint. The issues presented to the Channel are analyzed by the Audit Committee, composed of members of Symbiosis Internal Audit area and its shareholders. With focus and integrity, this Committee seeks to find solutions to the situations presented, providing answers to the complainant, regardless of whether they have identified themselves or not.
Code of Conduct
The Symbiosis Code of Conduct is an important instrument of organizational alignment, which establishes ethical standards and behavioral norms for the company's employees in their relationships with internal and external audiences. Every employee, regardless of position and assignments, must be aware of and observe the Code of Conduct standards of the company in which he or she works.
